Intelligent Busbar

The SPH series intelligent busbars feature an innovative structural design, allowing for overhead suspension and cabinet top bracket installation. It optimizes the end distribution structure, with a maximum busbar current capacity of up to 630A. The overall temperature rise of the busbar can be controlled below 40k, while the temperature rise of the outer shell is kept below 10k. The intelligent system can monitor all electrical parameters of the entire system, as well as the temperature rise of the entire busbar array. Intelligent busbar plug-in boxes allow for full-position plug-ins, with specially designed plug-in position covers for convenient and safe operation.
Thermal Stability: The innovative I-shaped busbar structure significantly increases heat dissipation efficiency, with the busbar segment temperature rise leading the industry. It achieves an overall temperature rise of below 50K for the busbar and below 10K for the outer shell.
Universal: The uniformly sized busbar slot provides seamless connections from 160A to 630A, with all components from the busbar to the plug-in box being universally compatible and interchangeable.
Convenience: The power supply uses a cartridge-style insertion design, with a plug-and-pull operation. In combination with densely arrayed pre-insertion hole covers, which ensures simple and reliable access to the power distribution circuit.
Reliability: Redundant flexible contact fingers work in conjunction with an elastic contact system, achieving double compensation active contact technology for electrical connections, which ensures the safe and reliable operation and power supply of the busbar system.
