Yimikang's operation and maintenance service covers the basic equipment and facilities of China Unicom East China Cloud Data Center, including utility power lines, power supply and distribution systems, cooling systems, water supply and drainage systems, security, fire protection, infrastructure monitoring, low-voltage systems, and related systems. It includes the operation, inspection, maintenance, fault handling and repair as well as emergency response of auxiliary equipment and main facilities. It achieves on-the-job management and assistance in acceptance, support internal LAN, internal information support, and provides assistance in improving and optimizing the operation and maintenance management system, assistance in certification, and assistance in testing and verification of newly delivered data centers. During the operation and maintenance period, Yimikang's team of professional technical experts has been planning emergency response drills, identifying potential risks, and providing efficient emergency response, in a bid to support the smooth operation of the customer's core business.
